When users/visitors enter the website they shall be presumed to have taken cognisance of the terms and conditions of use, unreservedly accept them and waive all relevant claims. iii) The user understands and accepts that they must evaluate and be responsible for all risks which use of any content may entail, including any decision to rely on the correctness, completeness and/or usefulness of any content. More specifically, the user understands and accepts that they cannot rely on the content and information posted on fytro.com.gr, including information available on fytro.com.gr.

The user undertakes to faithfully comply with the laws on the transmission of data from Greece and Europe to third countries.

The user understands and accepts that by using services offered by fytro.com.gr they may be exposed to insulting, immoral or illegal content. viii) It is not permitted when using services offered by fytro.com.gr: To post, publish, dispatch, transfer or use another method to install content which is illegal, damaging, threatening, offensive, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, violent, abusive, racist or otherwise objectionable, violates the personality and personal data of others, causes hatred and/or any other criminal offence which may be contemplated, or causes harm to minors in any manner.

To post, publish, send, transfer or use another method to install unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or other product marketing content, to send unwanted or unsolicited emails and any other form of unwanted promotion of content. To interfere in any manner with the privacy and personal and social rights of other users (such as the collection and/or storage of personal data of other users/members).

To make false representations about the user’s identity or misleading statements about the relationship and/or collaboration between the user and another legal or natural person, and to tamper with user IDs to mislead others about the origin of the content transmitted via the services offered by fytro.com.gr.

To post, publish, dispatch, transfer or use another method to install content by an individual who is not entitled to disseminate the specific content based on law or based on a confidential relationship, and to post, publish, dispatch, transfer or use another method to install software or content of any format (text, image, sound, video, animation) which infringes any intellectual and industrial property rights of any owner of such rights.

To post, publish, dispatch, transfer or use another method to install and/or promote and/or make available content which contains computer viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the operation of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

To interfere with the services or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to services offered by fytro.com.gr or bypass the conditions, procedures and usage rules for those networks. To infringe any national, European, international legislation relating to and/or covering any service provided by fytro.com.gr.

Users of fytro.com.gr understand and accept that they are exclusively liable to compensate the Company and its associates for any legal dispute which arises between them and third parties due to the content they make available for posting, publication or transmission in other manner via the services offered by fytro.com.gr.
